---Kaitlyn Pearse---
Kaitlyn is a Slayer in training, or she was until her watcher was killed. It was his duty to keep her trainer, teach her how to fight, how to survive - in case anything were to happen to bring upon her becoming the next slayer. After Florence was brought forth, destined upon by the death of the slayer before her; Kaitlyn found where she needed to be. Without a watcher, she was on the run from a monster, a demon that wished to bring the lineage of the slayer to an end once and for all. Kaitlyn found herself in Cleveland, contacting Florence's watcher, she still needed to be trainer. She needed to know how to survive. Though Florence and Kaitlyn clash, the two have each other's backs when it comes down to it.


---Diana Capulet---
Diana is a civilian, a human - who attends school with Florence. She is known for being advanced in classes, and is a shoe-in for a scholarship at Stanford. She isn't close friends with Florence, due to the fact that the two often argue. Diana has something to say to everything, and will debate for hours, just to be right. She is a perfectionist - and often finds herself in harm's way. Florence and Kaitlyn have come to her rescue time and time again, and this has led Diana to become part of their inner circle, even if she refuses to admit the existence of vampire, werewolves, and other monsters.


---Daniel McCullers---
Daniel has always been Katie's best friend, ever since grade school. He's pined after her for years, but to no avail. She told him about her trainer, about what a slayer is and what she might one day become, he's teased her about it plenty. Daniel is a goofy guy, a baseball player, and a video game nerd. He's never had a girlfriend, probably due to the fact that he's always constantly followed Kaitlyn, and never gave another girl the time of day. He's not the brightest bulb in the box, but when it comes down to it, he is a valuable member of Team Slayer.


---Cornelius Gallagher---
Mr. Gallagher is a close family friend to the Ophelia family, and is Florence's watcher. He is a curator at the local museum, and has a large collection of books, and artifacts he's collected over the years. He trains Florence, and later Kaitlyn, in the acts of being a Slayer - from the basics of dusting a vamp, to the more complex things such as finding the weaknesses of demons, and making homemade poisons such as wolfsbane and other defenses against the forces of darkness.
